There are a few tips and tricks we’ve got up our sleeve to help your morning go just a bit smoother. As you start your day on the right foot, it’s easier to be more productive throughout the day. You can manage stress more easily and reach your goals! Read below for some of our best advice on being productive. Start your morning with some water! This will help you feel refreshed and awake. You’ll start hydrating your body and waking up your mind. Make your to-do list. This not only gets you prioritizing your day, but it also gets your mind moving! Decide what needs to be accomplished today and what can be done on other days of the week. Here’s a little tip: start your to do list with something easy, like brushing your teeth or putting on socks. The fact that you’ll be able to cross something off immediately will trick your mind into wanting to accomplish more! Move! Turn on your favorite song and dance a little bit. Try some yoga stretches to greet the day. Jumprope for a few minutes. This will get your heart moving and you’ll feel refreshed! Work up to a workout in the morning for 15-20 minutes and you’ll see how awake you feel the rest of the day. Bonus: you won’t have a workout weighing on your mind for the rest of the day! Leave your phone. For a few minutes in the morning, go without technology. Make a nutritious breakfast, read a book, or practice meditation.
