|Recommended: YesAwesome apartments — These are super nice and clean apartments. I have very few issues and the ones I do have are extremely minor. Sometimes the trash compactor is over filled but they usually work really quick to get that fixed. And every now and again it’s hard to find a spot to park but they added a few more spots recently and it helps a lot. Everyone has been super professional and friendly and everyone that lives around us seems to be the same.

|Recommended: YesNantucket Gate is a decent apartment living experience — I would say living at Nantucket Gate is decent. Actually, it’s probably better than some because a good number of the tenants are military. If you want a decent apartment complex close to Tacoma but not right in the heart of it, Nantucket is a good option. And it’s comparable in price to other places of the same caliber.
|Recommended: YesIt is a nice community in a nice location. — That it is a nice gated apartment complex with spacious units. Parking can be a hassle but isn't too big a deal if you don't mind walking a little ways.

The upgraded stainless steal appliances and spacious dining and living room are a win for our family. Also, the amount of parking is amazing, I look forward to living here a long time

|Recommended: YesProbably the best in the area — When we were looking for an apartment to live in, Nantucket Gate stood out right away. After living here, the price you pay compared to what you get is awesome. Its an affordable price compared to others around here and the unit we live in is really nice.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Nantucket is very quiet and a good apartment. It’s fully upgraded which I love. Maintenance is great and very nice , if something needs to be done they do it in a timely manner . My only downfall is the gate sometimes is broken , but they seem to fix it rather quickly. Also my neighbors are very nice Amazon delivered to the wrong address, and my neighbors brought me my package. Not many neighbors will do that
