|Recommended: YesPeacefull — The apartment complex is very easy to navigate, green, and the grounds are always well maintained. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and will go out of there way for you if need be.

|Recommended: YesGreat living enviroment — The buildings are nicely spaced allowing no noise from neighbors. Parking is a little tight during the evening hours but with the new renovations to the inside of the buildings it is a nice place to live in and make as a temporary living situation. Staff is friendly and informative and very professional.

|Recommended: YesI think it is a great property — Nantucket Gates is a great property to live at the only complaint that I have personally is that the parking situation around the J building is not always available and often I have to park a good distance away. Other than that the facilities are great it is relatively quiet and the property staff is very friendly and helpful

Nantucket Gate Apt ~ Team
|Recommended: YesCozy friendly neighborhood — Very friendly neighborhood with a staff that tries to meet all your needs. I would say I wish that all apartments had up dated appliances like microwave, dishwasher and range. You can find apartments around the area that have newer appliances with the same price for rent. Parking if you don't have an assigned area can fill in very quick. Hard to have guests over if you live near the back of the complex due to this. They most likely have to park at the cabana and they would either have to walk in or you would have to go pick them up. This can cause some problems if there is inclement weather for dinner plans or so forth. But I love how friendly and curious the staff has been and how they treat everyone. This does make up for some of things that I have stated for sure.
|Recommended: YesRenewed my Lease — This place is great on being clean, Maintenance is great, I feel safe, pool is clean, parking is okay could be better, and as far as the staff they are okay but kind.
|Recommended: YesIt is home. — The staff is pleasant and welcoming, even when you have an issue to be resolved. It's easy to pay rent with their online portal. You must pay online between the 27th and the 3rd of the month. The office is open late and on weekends which is great for people with busy schedules. The complex is pet friendly for small dogs. The fireplace is gas and beautiful. You must get it turned on by the gas company and pay the bill directly to Puget Sound Energy. The kids go to P.G. Keithley Middle School. The bus stop isn't too far. The staff promptly answers the phone and is prompt about returning calls when you leave messages. Overall this place has been the smoothest transition into an apartment.
