|Recommended: YesReasonable — Had problems communicating with first manager but new one has been better. Still having problems with neighbor that lives above me and dogs off leash in community and their owners not cleaning up after them. Other than that have no problems.

|Recommended: YesLovely Complex — Rent and utilities are reasonable, maintenance is always very quick within 48 hours, even for small things , staff are helpful, and neighbors are friendly. We've enjoyed our last two years here, and look forward to many more.

|Recommended: YesCozy — I'm on the ground level in a building that's up against a greenbelt between us and the neighboring property. It's great giving a sense of being next to the woods. The apartment is spacious and I like the layout.

|Recommended: YesReview — Living here hasn't been to bad, we've had some issues with hearing the people below us, parking is a nightmare even when you buy a spot, my roommate had a handicap sign but it doesn't matter he still can't park in handicap because no one respects the people who need it.
All out issues with matienience are always fixed next day and usually resolved. The staff is pretty amazing, only issue is the phones cam ring forever so best to just go inside.
Overall though it's not to bad of a place to live one your inside your apartment
And an added bonus is it's super pet friendly here
|Recommended: YesGreat floor plan — I've been at Nantucket gate for almost 2yrs I love the 2 bedroom floor plan. The staff are amazing the gym is always clean. My only issue is that my neighbors on the top bottom are extremely loud. My neighbors on top constantly stomp around during the day after 12 Am. My neighbors on the bottom play there music tv extremely loud. You can hear there music tv outside by the carport. Outside of my inconsiderate neighbors the complex is nice.
|Recommended: YesGood property, great place to live — It is very quite, hard to find parking unless you buy a covered spot. Kind of expensive by yourself, otherwise good overall place. Management was hard to work with when I initially tried to move in, but after that it's been great.
|Recommended: YesI think this property is clean and a very nice community, I do not hear any loud noises here. — I would tell that person the rent payment here is reasonable and it is a quiet community. Nantucket Gate is a gated area, it is a nice place to talk a walk outside and there is not only a front gate but the back gate as well which is convenient of which you want to go.

|Recommended: YesThis is a very nice community for a great price — I would tell them that it is very clean and is a great price for what is offered. The staff is very nice and they do a very good job of upkeep. From the very beginning we have always loved those in the office, espeically Olivia who helped us from the very beginning. We always talk about how much we love this complex, workers, and also the location to everything around us. The only complaints I would tell people is that those who have dogs do not pick up their poop, since I have stepped in dog poop already 4 times in less then half a week. And the only other complaint is that the gym isn't open 24 hours like it used too, which was one of the big features we liked when we chose this place, since one of us works nights.
