|Recommended: YesNice place to live — I enjoy living here and feel comfortable with feeling safe and secure. The parking is a little problem sometimes, but usually it is not too far of a walk. Management has been very friendly and helpful. I am glad that I chose to live here. Some of the reviews were not great, but I have found most of them to not be true. Nice place to live.

Here at Nantucket Gate we try and provide our residents with the best of the best when it comes to our amenities, customer service, and homes. Our convenient location is a huge bonus but of course there is always going to be draw backs. (i.e. plane noise, traffic, things beyond our control). Thank you Zhongjin for your kind words!

|Recommended: YesGreat price, good living. — This is a great place to live. Apart from the lack of parking spots, for the price it's a great place to live. The quality is good and the size of the apartments are nice. The pool area is a little small for the apartment size but it has a full court gym and a workout room. It's mainly quiet and it's nice to have access to 512 so close. Traffic is never to bad in the area.

|Recommended: YesInitial contact is good, but follow through is not always prompt. — The complex is nice and clean. Parking is sometimes an issue unless you have a carport, but other residents are not considerate about their parking.
Animals are becoming an issue, or lack of cleaning up after animals is the real people. Also the noise issue from animals is a consistent problem.
The administration is a welcome site to the complex. Nicole is always friendly and helpful during all times.

We apologize about the lack of people not cleaning up after their animals, however we try to control this issue. At this time we are at a high occupancy and unfortunately parking has become tight. If you experience anyone parking in your carport please notify us and will address this issue.
