|Recommended: YesWe enjoy living here — The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and they are never loud enough to wake my baby. The apartments are nicely kept on the outside and inside. Our apartments balcony faces some trees and feels nice and private.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely beautiful — its awesome living here My husband and I have been living here for the last six months and we love it We have the best staff They are always smiling and very happy to assist with whatever you need. The staff is well informed and very knowledgeable about their job, the apartments, and the surrounding area. Maintenance team goes above and beyond the call of duty .to ensure your work order is completed in a timely manner and if they have to order a part the are very good about keeping us updated. I never have to worry about anything. The amenities are great There is so much to do on site. From basketball to tanning, its all here. You don't have to go and pay a lot of money for a gym membership. It is all here on site. To include a Kids corner. Now how cool is that

|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — This is a very nice quiet place to live. The grounds are very well kept and the staff are always friendly to me. I have only lived here for six months, but I don't have any complaints so far. The last place I lived in was in a marsh with a lot of moisture, not here. The last place was becoming more and more a place where gang activity was taking place and I felt unsafe at night there, not here. I can highly recommend this place, I am 62 and retired, but I see a lot of young people, and families here. There is even a daycare on sight, that could be real helpful if you have young children. I have even seen adults meet the school bus and walk all the kids into the complex. Now, how safe is that for kids huh

|Recommended: YesThe best apartment community I have lived. — I Love It. All the staff are helpful, upbeat, and always make me smile. There is so much they offer here for recreation, witch can be important when deciding on where to live. Its extremely calm living here. With the exception of the pitter patter of little feet from our neighbors children, which is expected living in an apartment building, and doesn't bother us one bit. We couldn't ask for a better home
|Recommended: YesNice location — Overall, a nice place to live. I like the layout which is designed in a way to give the feeling of being in a small house rather than an apartment. The greenbelt behind us may be narrow, but gives the sense of being surrounded by a forest.
|Recommended: YesI love this apartment — Feel like home...much better than former apartments. Just I can hear that dogs noise sometimes but other than this is perfect place to live. All staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Our convenient location is a huge bonus but of course there is always going to be draw backs. (i.e. plane noise, traffic, things beyond our control).

|Recommended: YesAmazing Management — I have yet to have any problem with this property. Though there are always drawbacks with the parking issues as well as being able to hear through the walls. Management is wonderful Always as me how I am when I walk in to pick up yet another box. I would recommend to anyone.
